Dr. Gavins is a Utah native with over 16 years of experience in veterinary medicine and a special passion for canine reproduction. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care while supporting the health and well-being of both pets and their families.
Family is at the heart of Dr. Gavin’s life. She has been married for 24 years and is part of a large, blended family that includes two children, five adult stepchildren, and thirteen grandchildren. At home, she stays busy with two energetic Bengal cats and an Australian Shepherd. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Heather enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and embracing her creative side through cosplay and other nerdy pursuits.
